This is the type of place you hesitate writing a review about because it is so nice we want to keep it to ourselves! But Giuseppe and his family are so lovely and run it so well that they fully deserve all the praise one reads about Camiano Picolo. The location could not be better: a 10-minute walk from pretty...

Situated just below Montefalco in the Umbrian wine district this place is great. Family run, friendly and authentic. Great views. Sitting out in the evening enjoying a glass of local wine and antipasto is superb. The restaurant serves simple and flavoursome food. The hosts are friendly an accomodating. Rooms are clean. In two words - all good

My daughter wanted her first overseas travel experience to be a food tour of Italy. Camiano Piccolo was the base for our Umbrian Appetites food tour and was an inspirational introduction to Umbrian cuisine and the region. From the moment Guiseppe Fabrizi collected us from Foligno train station until we were farewelled 8 days later we were made to feel...

I nearly did not write this review, because I want to keep this place to myself! We stayed in one of their self-catering cottages, the Casa del Pastore, and I cannot praise it too highly. The owners are so friendly and happily help when needed. However, they leave you alone if you do not need their help, so it feels...

Our room was very large and comfortable. It's quiet. The restaurant food is superb. The family is warm, funny and very welcoming. I would like...

The house we stayed in was very nice included a kitchen was well appointed. The restaurant is excellent we very much enjoyed eating dinner there. The breakfast is very nice there was an ample amount of food to choose from. It is a little bit of a walk into the heart of town.
