Hello, go with an open mind some people moan for the sake of moaning but if you know what you're in for you'll enjoy it. It's clean, the staff and food are great. It could do with a spruce up but you'll see that most of bugibba could do with it too. I've wrote a review recently that may cover some stuff but if you have any more questions just ask. It's all 3 pin plugs in the hotel so you won't need adaptors :)
