The Canterbury House Bed and Breakfast is wonderful. My friend and I traveled to the inn on a February weekend. The inn is a beautiful Victorian house located only a short walk to the village of beautiful Woodstock, VT. The inn is clean, a great value, comfortable and in a great location. The innkeepers Bob and Sue are the best!...

My husband and I stayed at the Canterbury House B&B for three nights back in October 2013. I just realized my oversight in failing to review earlier. Bob and Sue are outstanding hosts. My husband and I are younger that the average travelers and often find that we are dismissed or overlooked. I don't think I have ever been made...

My wife and I had a most delightful overnight at the Canterbury House B&B while attending a wedding at the nearby Woodstock Inn - our stay exceeded expectations - our room (the Squires tale) was spotless, comfortable and had a private bath - like staying at home! - The Inn keepers Bob and Sue Frost are wonderful hosts and fountains...

B & B no 5 on our travels through New England and without doubt, tops the list. As all other reviews comment - Bob and Sue are fabulous inn keepers and make you feel most welcome. It's as though they are welcoming you into their home as friends and not to their B & B as guests. Sue's breakfasts are...

The proprietors of Canterbury Inn, Bob and Sue, go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They truly want everyone to have the best time in the Woodstock area. The breakfasts they serve each morning are really something to look forward to and enjoy. The food is plentiful and delicious. The inn itself is very comfortable and within...

All the other reviews are right on the money about this place so I won't repeat a lot of the consensus about this B&B. I do want to emphasize that Bob and Sue are absolutely delightful hosts and really made us feel welcome and comfortable in their Inn. They are really a cut above the typical couple that you might...

Bob and Sue Frost are great people who make you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty and the atmosphere is cozy. They are knowledgeable and have a great memory. The place is within walking distance of downtown so there is now worries about parking.

Recently stayed at this B & B for a wedding weekend in early fall. Comfortable accommodations. Bathrooms small but all that is needed is there and clean as a new penny. Great water pressure and top flight towels. Breakfasts were very good and Hosts, Bob and Sue, are lovely. Within easy walking distance of everything in the village which is...

We stayed at the Canterbury House for Wassail Weekend in December. This was our fourth stay here and we keep coming back due to the exceptional innkeepers, Sue and Bob. Their warmth, enthusiasm and enjoyment of what they do is evident from the moment you enter their B & B. We were astounded that Sue had kept a record that...

“We stayed in the Parson's Tale room which is on the front corner of the building. This gives windows on two sides of the room giving a nice outlook and plenty of light. There is some traffic noise, so if this bothers you try to get a room at the back. The bathroom didn't have a bath, just a shower cubicle and it was quite cramped, although I guess that is to be expected in a building of this age.”
