Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend in October. Staff were extremely friendly upon checkin and throughout the stay and the entrance is very grand and very unique. The room however was tired and small especially for 2 of us. The wifi connection was...More
I stayed here for a conference. The Hotel was chosen by the conference organizers, and I might not have stayed here otherwise.
The bed was above and beyond comfy, and the rooms, while small-ish, were all I needed for my trip. If I was staying...More
Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. While they checked on my room I had a drink at the bar which was very clean and nice. The peach martini was delicious. I had another drink while sitting on the outside patio...More
We stayed here because it was the recommended hotel for our weekend event. Check-in was friendly and efficient, and the staff could not have been nicer. The hotel not only accepts pets, but almost caters to them. Our pet found a food and water bowl...More
The hotel is in a good location, midtown, within driving distance of many great locations within the city. The reception is nice and all the staff very friendly. I thought the hotel overall was very tired, it is really in need of a refurbishment. However,...More

I have a warning about parking at The Artmore!!! I left my car with the company that parks at this hotel, I think it was AAA parking and the next morning I was told there was an incident. An employee of the hotel had hit my car ( the estimate was $1200 and 2 days out of my car to fix it ). They gave me and took my insurance information and absolutely nothing has been done since. Ive made numerous calls and emails to the hotel and parking company. My last email with AAA, they told me that "the next time he was in Atlanta" he would inquiry about it. Be aware that when you hand over your keys to this parking company, they will not take responsibility for anything that happens to your vehicle while it is in their control.

I did not go to symphony hall but do remember that it was very close because a hometown friend of mine was symphony conductor some years ago so it mentally struck home for me. I, a woman traveling alone felt very safe walking around the area however didn't walk alone at night. I do think that I would have felt and been safe in all of the area. I actually considered walking to Atlantic Station one day which is across the connector but didn't. If Symphony Hall had an event that let out at night, I cannot imagine that the streets wouldn't be filled with nice people and that it would be safe.
