I stayed at the Sheraton for a conference in Atlanta. It was supposed to be "near" MARTA, but it was not the "near". We were walking the streets at around 9am with our suitcases and bags trying to find the hotel. One of the MARTA workers got her left and right mixed up and sent us the wrong way. We...

Lovely hotel, they are doing renovations at the moment which they tell you about at check in. There was only one morning it bothered me on the Sunday, but apart from that didn't notice and was out most off the day when it goes on. There are most definitely better locations in Atlanta but I stayed at Sheraton for a conference. The hotel is a bit run down and also lacking in charm and character. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. We met a pleasant worker name Tawana Coleman. She responded to our request for linens & towels. When we would leave our room, we would see her cleaning halls & elevators with a smile. Ms. Coleman is a dedicated & sweet worker. We will return. Thank you!

While the public areas of this hotel were fine the cleanliness of my room missed the mark. The remote control was absolutely gross with dust and dirt between the buttons. The clock radio was in the same condition, just nasty. The hvac vent in the room was disgusting also. I took pictures of the remote and clock. The pillow cases...

We stayed at the Sheraton based on the reviews on TripAdvisor. The Sheraton is in a central location in downtown Atlanta. It is walking distance from many different restaurants, bars and other attractions. What can I say about the staff of this establishment other than they are great.
