Friendly staff, quiet hotel. Appealing interior. The room was clean with comfortable bed.
Parking charge of $16 per day. Close to airport with an easy drive. A disadvantage is restaurants and shops are not within walking distance.
Stuck in Atlanta over night. Decided to stay here because the Happy Hour and the Breakfast included in the morning. Also we have stayed here In the past and have had good experiences.
The beds and pillows are comfortable.

Thank you for returning again to stay here with us at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta - Airport. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and your breakfast. We hope the rest of your trip went well. Thank you for your good review.
Although the decor was nice and the staff pleasant, there was no hot water from our late arrival time (~9:00 p.m.) until our check-out time (8:30 a.m.). When I complained at check-out, the clerk apologized, but offered no compensation for the cold showers. Also, the...More

Beautiful hotel decor and terrific suites. Nice meeting rooms, wonderful breakfast and evening happy hour reception. Food catered by the restaurant for our business lunches was always well prepared and delicious.

Beautifully updated Embassy Suites. Unfortunately, the staff don't quite have the system down yet. They are slow to move which can be frustrating.

Park and fly is routinely available at almost all the Hilton properties. I would point out that when we were there two weeks ago, they were not even keeping the barriers down, so you could drive in and drive out without paying. I do not recommend that, because it's stealing, but it was feasible if unlawful. More to the point, if you tell them you're leaving your car for a couple of days, expect to pay upwards of $10 a day for the privilege. If you're staying there on the way back for a night, then you can probably get out the last day with your room key from that night. Anyway, call the hotel directly. Their manager is very capable and very willing to be of assistance.
