We have stayed here last year and we really have to revise our comment - it was and is the best and most personal managed hotel we have ever got to know. From the moment you come in every wish is being fullfilled and everybody of the team took personal care of our wellbeing. From the Spa to the reception...

We can't thanks El Lodge enough. All the staff were so lovely to us and made us feel very welcome. We had such a great honeymoon there, and the building its self is incredible too. We can't fault anything about our stay. Remember this hotel is at 2500m so walking up the stairs isn't easy... take the elevator!

Perfect.....one small niggle. We booked a room described as having a mountain view. It didnt, it was at the rear and had a view of the not particularily attractive village. We mentioned this and was told it was a mountain view, but if we wanted a better view we should have booked a suite?

Room for the high price a bit small and never sun on the balcony. But, however, nicely furnished and hot tub on the balcony. Good service and nice restaurant. Ski rental very expensive compared to village prices. Staff very friendly and helpful.

From the minute we arrived, the cost of the rooms were justified. Nothing has been missed in this Hotel, Staff, Service, Restaurante, facilities are second to no other in the resort. Every member of staff cannot do enough to make your stay a pleasure from start to finish. We have always preferred Meribel and Courcheval as the Sierra Nevada has...

I have just returned from a three-night stay at El Lodge and experienced service, food, drink, ambience and accommodation that would rival Raffles in Singapore. The only difference being that you cannot ski in and ski out at Raffles. Raphael ensured that our every wish was catered for but frequently we found that his efficient and courteous staff anticipated needs...

The rooms are perfect we had 2 one suite with jacuzzi and one interlocking that looked out the pool. The food was great and we didn't need to leave! You can ski from the hotel if...

We are longing to next time!! Everything was so easy and comfortable!! The only thing that can be better is the service in the restaurant, especially at the dinner, which was a little unserious. Everything else was fantastic!
