We stayed here between visiting Seville and Granada and were very pleased with our choice. Maria met us on arrival, all cheery and helpful and did not stop being attentive until the moment we left. Our room - number 13 - was lovely, with great views, bed a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. Dinner really good and well...

What a wonderful hotel. Owners were lovely and it was so personal. Each morning you were advised of what dinner was, all using fresh ingredients, five courses, we were there five nights and each meal was amazing. Breakfast was out of this world, best we've had, Pool area was lovely as was the room and terrace. The views and peace...

This place is a jewel hidden in the mountains... You will find a wonderful setting, quiet and with incredible views at only 20 minutes far from the city center of Granada. Service is perfect, people are helpful and the owners are passionate and thoughtful. We'll certainly come back!

My wife and I together with our friends stayed here for 4 nights recently. My reason for choosing this hotel was simply the absolutely fantastic Tripadvisor reviews. Our expections were therefore extremely high before our visit. Unfortunately none of us felt that our expections were fully met. Firstly the positives. The hotel is extremely well appointed and the bedrooms were...

You definitely need a small car upon approaching the hotel. The lane is quite narrow and winding but you soon get used to it and wow, is it worth it. The location is exquisite, nestled on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains with just the sound of the occasional goat bell. Total tranquillity, stunning views and yet 5 minutes...

A wonderful hotel in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Delicious food, fantastic customer service and delightful rooms. Its close proximity to Granada and the Alhambra gives in an excellent out of city location - perfect in the heat of summer.

I simply cannot use enough complementary adjectives to describe our stay at this hotel. From the moment we were welcomed to our departure, this is probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Patricia and Manuel are lovely owners who appreciate the importance in finer details but this does not detract from the high quality finish of the...

Anyone in Granada wanting a get away from the city must stay here. It is about a 22min drive from central Granada. It is am exciting drive as it has many up hills, bumps and roads so narrow you are in shock how it is a two way street, however, the views will take your breath away. As room as...

A very quiet location with magnificent mountain views. We stayed 3 nights in June and opted for the evening meals each day, they were excellent, and the staff accommodated my wife's gluten-free requirements with ease, even came up with gluten free croissants - a first for us! The room was a little on the small side, but had a good...

Arriving at La Almunia by motorcycle is not for the faint-hearted, the track up is 'interesting' but it is worth it. Beautiful rooms; plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun and the views; welcoming staff and nice food. It was a haven of peace and rest for our two day stay. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace overlooking the...
