My boyfriend and I just went for a two-hour trek and the whole experience was perfect! The horses were lovely and took good care of us (we 're both beginner!), the scenery is breathtaking and the staff is so lovely and fun. You can tell they really love their job and care for their horses a lot. Even my boyfriend...

We weren't prepared for horse riding at all and had very casual clothes without appropriate footwear. However the lovely ladies at Caballo Blanco were more than helpful and found each of us a pair of shoes. Two of the young volunteers walked all the way up the hill guiding horses for the less confident riders in our group which was...

The service we received from Sarah and her staff was exceptional, responses from the emails we sent were answered promptly. We were greeted by Sarah and her friendly staff and given our chosen horses (Flemenco, Pipa, Molly), we all had different levels of experience but were made to feel at ease and each individual needs were dealt with appropriately before...

Took our daughter trekking today and she had an excellent time with Sarah and the girls. The ranch is a bit out of the way, up in the Sierra Nevada national park, and the drive to get there is challenging, but getting there is certainly worth the effort. The scenery is fantastic, the horses is exceptional condition and the team...

Myself and my daughter had an amazing trek today with the Caballo Blanco stables. My daughter a complete beginner was filled with confidence by her pony and the brilliant guide was very patient with her. I had a longer trek being a competent rider up to the mountain top on a superb horse who was very well behaved and responded...

English run. High up on the hills over Lanjaron. Very friendly staff gave you confidence that they knew what they were talking about. They were careful to match the rider with the right horse and to give them advice about its character. They were very helpful to novices and also to nervous riders. We were very happy to leave our...

Family trek, lead by Lachlan. Calm guidance and good chatting. One of the highlights of our week. Horses were responsive but calm. Great family activity even if differing abilities (1 regular rider, 2 lapsed riders and a beginner) 8am start was perfect as missed hot weather and saw sunrise across the hills. Amazing the terrain these horses can handle. Best...

I had a fantastic 3 days in early July staying at Casa del Viento and riding with Caballo Blanco trekking. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and as a novice the riding was pitched at just the right level. Ciel, the horse I was given, was great and Amy, the lead rider, helpful and knowledgeable, leading us on three varied...

I have trekked in a few different countries and this was the best trekking ever: wonderful, responsive, well-behaved horses, excellent knowledgeable guide (Jackie) and the most stunning scenery ever. We loved every minute of our 4 hour trek. Everyone at the stables was very helpful and friendly and Sarah was excellent in her organisation of our trip and subsequent changes...

From the arrangements to the welcome and trek all was friendly professional and easy (the horse was a star too!). Thank you Sarah Amy and Sam a lovely day indeed. We didn't take them up on the offer of a lift from the town but it was a good option in hindsight you may prefer a ride up to the...
