We stayed two nights at this historic Parador and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had a room with a sunny balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Broadly speaking yes. The building has all been restored so most of the rooms are part of the hotel. There are some remaining parts you can’t get to however. But you certainly get the feel of being in the castle
