We stayed here a couple weeks ago before taking my car to a show at Rose Hill Manor, and really enjoyed it. Perfect location near the downtown, but not right in the middle of it, and no hassle for parking! The owner, Betty, even let me park in the rear to keep it off the street. We had an upstairs... Monique was great - room a lil warm and small - but she fit us in. Incredible - if not crowded - stuff. Breakfast was incredible too. We really enjoyed it. She could put us up on Thurs night but not Fri. So she called her "sister" which was a sister B&B two doors down and they made the swap... More

Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the location. We stayed in the collage garden room. This isn't as upscale as some of the BnBs we've stayed in but still perfectly fine. Pros: -Great location. Under two blocks from all the action of downtown but on a quiet street. Ideal. -friendly, chatty owners -comfortable bed -balcony off our room. -good... More

A birthday getaway for me and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived(early and that was not a problem) we felt at home. Phil and Betty could not have been more accommodating, providing tips on what to do, where to go, places to eat, etc...they were a wealth of information. Our room was... More

My husband and I really enjoyed this b & b, where we stayed one night for a quick getaway. We stayed in the room with the balcony overlooking the back--really a nice place to sit and unwind. Betty and Phil were gracious hosts. I had reserved a table at Ayse Meze, which Betty said was very good. She recommended we... More

We only had one night in Frederick, but our stay was very pleasant. Our hosts Betty and Phil were very accommodating and breakfast was excellent. The room and bed were comfortable. We will return to Hollertown Hill when we are in Frederick again.

We were only here for a one night getaway, and spent most of our time touring the town and eating out. The room was really nice and the innkeeper was very gracious. Breakfast was good. The inn is located in the historic downtown area, so its a very convenient walk to most everything. We would definitely come back.

The best thing about this place is location. Easy walk to restaurants and very nice linear park/stream walk downtown. This B&B has no off street parking which is very in convenient. Bed n our room was very worn and way too soft. Extensive doll collection and other nick nacks in common areas were interesting to look at in but took... More

Overall, this is a nice B & B. Our room, especially the bathroom, was clean. However, there are two things in the bathroom that are different. One, the shower is attached to a claw foot tub, which is charming. But it also makes entering and exiting the shower a bit difficult. Also, there is a shelf above the sink that... More

Thanks for the review. We appreciate your feedback and we have made upgrades to the areas you have noted that need attention. Both points are well taken. • To help with access into the claw foot bathtub/showers we have added a grab bar and provided a small step stool. • We are removing the shelf over the sink and replacing... Enjoyed our one-night stay. Nice old home that's been put into great shape. Our bedroom and bath were comfortable. Short walk into old Frederick. Convenient on-street parking. Owners are friendly, easy to talk with.
