We visited the site 20 years ago when we were looking for properties for sale and we had a great time, coming back last week we were amazed that the hut we had was opposite the one we had before and was nearly the same but for a new air con! The pool was good, but that was all. The room had no kettle and when I asked for one the reseption said that there aren't Any.the bed was a king size but the mattress was only 4'6"! The shop and resteraunt were not open on Wednesday and on other days were shut very early .We were going to ask to stay for a few more days but after the second day we had changed our minds. Very disappointed!

We came just before Christmas, it's a gorgeous campsite!! Ignore all the negative reviews, yes there are some long term residents, but that doesn't impact on your stay at all, it's unusual to see compared to the uk, but it works well, the price is good and like most places the longer you stay the cheaper the night, so worth making a decision to stay for longer in advance, The facilities are some of the best we have seen, they are clean and plentiful, The pot wash is a 5 star area on its own, unfortunately the pool isn't open at this time of year but its nice to look at and not just been left empty, the site is quiet and relaxing, the pitches (we have E8) are a good size, OK maybe if you have a bus size vehicle you should check before booking, but for standard motorhomes they are a good size, we extended our stay until 07 January we like it so much, the staff are friendly especially the man on reception, he is really nice, sorry we didn't get your name!! Shops are in walking distance (20 min to Lidl) and the beach is only 5 min walk away. Would definitely come again!! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so good!!

Awful customer service, staff extremely rude and do not stick to they’re own policies. Money grabbing place, do not give your card details. They charge your card without consent. Appalling customer service

Stayed 1 night asked to pay by cash - didn’t have enough so paid 23 euros by card. Told if we took larger pitched need to pay 6 euros more. The electric was soooo old we needed to borrow an adaptor charged 4 euros plus 6 for larger pitch and he wanted a deposit only had 15 euros he said ok give me 15 euros - asked for paperwork he says d “no worry I’m always here”. GUESS WHAT in morning different person - nice lady who spoke next to me English she told me that as it was low season no extra for the larger pitch and that it cost nothing for the adapter therefore as we had no paperwork we had no case. The male receptionist took 15 Euros from us - beware dishonest staff not very nice site in fact it’s grubby - AVOID

Stayed at this campsite in one of the larger 4 person bungalows for five nights. Although basic you had a kitchen, lounge and bedroom and a balcony and parking. Wifi was a bit hit and miss but usable if your patient, reception staff very helpful and friendly. Bungalow had air con as well. The site is ideal as just over the road from the beach, it had a decent pool which we didn’t use . It also had a restaurant and shop on site but we never found them open as it was out of peak season. Overall it was a nice stay and a good base for touring.

The property seem reasonable equipped for our duration which was two nights. I think I would take more homely things should my stay become longer. Kitchenette was adequate, but the back up of a microwave helped. Not much space though for doing the dishes and storing any food stuffs. Useful to have a fridge. They provide you with towels but definitely take your own. The size of the towels are just hand towels. The bathroom was adequate too for what you needed to do, except the shower curtain was a bit clingy. I found it better to leave the curtain back, but beware, the window is not frosted. You could always you the campsite facilites though if you found it a struggle. The property was suitably situated within a couple of minutes stroll to the beach. It says no dogs, but we followed the locals, they walked their dogs on the beach, but at the end of the day. The little lodge was small, but as we were there for only two nights with our dog it didn’t matter. The decked area out the front was nice however if you have neighbours like we did, there is no privacy, or there wasn’t from our neighbours. Within 30 minutes of their arrival, we were drowned out with their music, the general volume and their smoking of cannabis. It’s was so bad that we had to retreat to the room. It didn’t make any difference to the volume though. The rooms are not sound proofed at all. This was after having a delicious al fresco dinner on the terrace. It definately ruin our night. The area of the cabins was very concrete, but there was parking available for each cabin. The placement of some greenery would soften the area and make it feel more welcoming. There was a restaurant on site, but this was only open on Friday and Saturday. It would of been helpful if the we were advised of this when we checked in at reception as the local shops are a car drive away. We would stay again I think but would choose a different cabin.

well after 7 very relaxing weeks it is time to say goodbye as we make our way to France. We have absolutely loved it at Los Lanos....the site is well maintained by a hardworking dedicated team of 3 guys and 2 women who keep the site immaculate. The site has one central block of showers/ toilets with a separate indoor washing up area and laundry....plenty of facilities for the whole site. There are bungalows for hire and plenty of pitches for camping. There is a real mixture of caravans and Motorhomes from various countries around Europe so quite an international feel around the site plus some Spanish too. Some people have what we call seasonal pitches which must be lovely to spend so much time here and others are like us here for a block of time with the occasional overnighter. The guys in the office are fabulous......so friendly and helpful and fortunately for us do speak English as we cannot speak Spanish. They as well as the other workers already mentioned above are always smiley and friendly and really nothing is too much trouble for them. There is a beautiful swimming pool which I did get to swim in too. Plus the cafe/shop......a fantastic couple run this who are just delightful. We often had breakfast/drinks/ coffees not to mention the takeaway pizza a few times. There is such an ambience about the whole site which has really made this such a great experience for our first time of taking the Motorhome to Spain. We came to this site as we saw it mentioned with a video by another couple on their YouTube Vlog and it has NOT been a disappointment at all. There is a rough track which leads from the main road to the site itself so the site is incredibly quite. The track is maintained by the local council. At the end of this track on the road is a bus stop to take you into Dénia which is approximately 10 km away. Dénia is super....lots of nice cafes/restaurants/shops. There is a very interesting Port area and Castle there as well as a good indoor market selling lots of fresh food, definitely worth a trip to. Also a very good Medical Centre which is open 7 days a week should you have any medical needs. And let’s not forget a helpful Tourist Information ℹ️ office who can give you lots of info on the local area. The beach is across the road from the main track so about 150 metres from the site. Great value for money too! So needless to say WE WILL BE BACK next winter, well December this year for another block stay of 6 weeks. THE PITCH IS ALREADY BOOKED 😉👍 SEE YOU THERE! Lynda & Paul (I cannot comment on the bungalow section below as we were camping).

We have just spent 3 weeks on this campsite. The first 2 nights we were opposite the swimming pool (which looks very nice) but the pitches are like a shanty town. Lots of long stayers and people with permanent pitches who cover their caravans with old tarpaulins to protect them from the weather. We couldn’t put our awning up as the pitch was too small. We then moved to a pitch just behind the reception which was a little bit bigger, but again people with permanent pitches, and one Spanish couple who obviously live there all year. When we arrived the man was repairing his car at his pitch (changing a smashed in door) and it looked like a scrap yard. They also had a Beagle which they had on a long chain so it wandered all over the place baying and barking at anything that moved all day. We have 2 dogs, and other campers had dogs, but kept them under control. The last 2 days of our stay, there was no water to the only sanitary block and washing up sinks which is unacceptable, especially as the day before we were informed that the water would be turned off to the whole site for works from 10am till 1pm. Due to the fact that my wife has fractured her shoulder which made it very difficult to put up and take down the awning, we felt unable to move on. Needless to say we would not return.
