We arrived at the hotel at 9am waited for our room until 13:45,which was understandable due to high season. When we arrived at the the room there was no safebox so we called the reception. On our...

All ski resorts in Turkey have a common problem: they are open only for 2-4 months a year. This is a major factor to bear in mind when evaluating them in general, compared to their rivals in closely European rivals open for longer periods through a year. For mediocre accommodation options, this is not as crucial, as they their clientele...

The only complaint we have is that we would like free wifi available. At the time we were staying we were in a moment where they did not have any wifi available. Other than that, it is a great place with a great location. And the staff are very lovely

Having never skied before I was unsure of what to expect from a ski resort hotel. I was not disappointed. Our suit was clean and comfortable. The large luxury lounge looking over the slopes was a perfect place to relax while attentive waiters brought your drinks. The service here is impeccable only marginally surpassed by the quality of the food....

Doruk looks the part, and is almost worth the 80 euros per night for the great balcony view, nice room and the pool, but the shower was tepid and this problem was not rectified despite asking twice. We needed our sheets to be changed due to spillage, and they kindly agreed to change this, replaced by damp sheets which were...

“Not a noisy hotel, so you can prefer lower floors of the 5-floor hotel. In fact, it would be more convenient as the elevators can be busy.. All rooms and the entire facility is non-smoking.”
