Stormking Spa is a nice concept with very well built, innovative cabins in which to stay near Mt. Rainier's park entrance. We stayed 3 nights in the Bear cabin. It's Stormking's newest cabin and is one of the nicer places we have stayed. The cabin is spacious and has enough space to move around easily. The bathroom is very large...

My wife is pregnant and this was our last trip with just the two of us for a while ;) We stayed at the Bear cabin, which is just awesome! Beautiful, quit, comfortable! Also very close to the park entrance. Deborah provided us with a day hiking book which was perfect. We did one every day! Despite the rainy week...

We stayed in the Bear cabin on our August vacation to Mt. Rainier. The cabin was beautifully decorated and smelled of cedar. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. A coffee pot, snacks, movies, games, and a small fridge are provided in the cabin also. The back porch...

We spent 4 nights in the Bear Cabin over Labor Day weekend and had a marvelous time. The cabin was built in the yurt style and the skylight over the bed was wonderful. In the middle of the night I could look up and see a myriad of stars. But for those who prefer to sleep late, bring an eye...

We stayed at Storm King (Eagle Cabin) and we loved it. The cabin has a main room with queen bed, sitting area, ref rig, microwave, coffee maker, and all the plates and utensils for two. The open bathroom and dual shower was such a great idea. The back covered deck had a four person hit tub. Although about 150 feet...

We stayed at Eagle, the cabin about 1/2 mile down the road from the others. It's the original cabin where the owner used to have a spa. With a covered hot tub, king size bed and double shower, it's ideal for a romantic and luxurious stay after a hard day's hike on Mt. Ranier. Not that you should ever need...

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in the Heron Cabin and absolutely loved it. The hosts where very gracious and helpful, the cabin was beautiful and met all our needs. Loved exploring the mountain by day and then coming back to the cabin that was so perfect and peaceful. We ate in town one night and the other barbecued...

We stayed at the Bear Cabin for four nights and just had a great time. Our first day we went on a rather brutal hike. To check into Stormking was like stepping into another, welcoming world. The room was so quiet and secluded feeling. Everything we needed for a nice stay was provided, including bathrobes! The hostess, Deborah, was very...

We stayed in the Herron cabin for our honeymoon and the place is awesome. The shower was amazing. Hot tub and cabin were immaculate. The owners were unbelievably kind and accommodating. When we went out to dinner at one of the few restaurants in Ashford and had to wait, the owners of the resort happened to be there celebrating their...

Our recent stay at Stormking Spa, 30 June - 2 July, specifically the Wolf Cabin was phenomenal! Our cabin was immaculate and had anything you can imagine to make your stay more enjoyable. Plates, silverware, all tools needed to grill if you wanted to do some grilling on the grill that's provided, outstanding coffee and warm and gracious hosts -...
