Our room on the 2nd floor was good size and nicely done. Lovely lobby with fire place and complimentary wine at dinner time. Free breakfast had lots of choices. Friendly staff. One draw back was lack of elevator. Hard to haul suitcases to second floor.

Yes breakfast is included. Eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereals, yogurt and biscuits and gravy.
