This place was so sh*tty and not worth the price that we paid. They started bothering us since 10am by knocking on our door even though we put a do not disturb sign up! Last time after I went to see what they wanted I saw the stupid guy already open the door while I was naked!!!! I felt awful and I’ve never had this experience before!! They made my stay awful.
We got into our room wearing shoes and started to get settled and noticed the carpet was super wet in most of the room… pretty yucky! Then to get into bed we noticed fresh looking blood splatters on one of the bed sheets in a few spots. In the bathroom the sink handle came right off just trying to use the faucet. Not the best place to stay would not recommend
Positives. Refrigerator and coffee maker. Bed is comfortable. I don’t like to complain but. This location is run down a bit overpriced for the value you get. Shower is small and uncomfortable so if you are the plus size look out. Also the carpet is dirty and the room is worn with electrical problems. They are not serving breakfast. Staff feels like they can bother you and knock on your door all hours of the day because they lose your check in paperwork. They are not very professional specifically the one with the tattoos. I don’t think I return to this place again.
I checked-in late, but found my room to be wonderful. It had AC, a sanitized bathroom with a hairdryer, an extremely comfortable bed, a coffee machine, and a closet with a safe and iron. Ergo all requirements meet that I know of from working as a hotel valet through college. The staff required and wore masks and the bathroom had an official toilet sanitized seal. The internet was terrible, but I did not stay at the hotel to be on the internet. Covid-related health laws in Marin restrict the facility from proving breakfast and opening the gym, so do not expect or blame the hotel for that. Because I arrived and slept 18 hours, I recommend all to stop on by and give this place a try!
A false fire alarm went off at midnight for 15 straight minutes. When I finally got back to sleep, it went off again at 3am for another 15 minutes. None of us got enough rest!! It was horrible and very upsetting.
