I have always wanted to explore the amazing canyons around Lake Powell but had no idea where to start. I just came back from a scouting trip near the Bullfrog area where we had the best canyoneering tour I have ever been on. Ticaboo Resort provided a guided tour for our group of scouts that was amazing (shout out to...

Brent, Thank you so much for your kind comments! Your scout group was a joy to work with. T.J. and Jordy enjoyed spending the day with you guys, and we would love to see you and your family in the future! Until then, take care. Amy Golden Manger, Lake Powell Adventures

My first stay at the Ticaboo Lodge near Lake Powell. The rooms are clean, well decorated, and priced fairly. I was on a fishing trip so the distance (12 miles) to the lake was a disadvantage. The restaurant was closed due to the time of year. The staff were great! I had a small problem with billing and Emily handled...

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The Moki diner had closed for the season as well as the pool. I did use the propane BBQ grill which is free for the lodge patrons to use. Very quiet and comfortable bed, and my stay was restful.

Management response:

Thank you for visiting us here at Ticaboo. We appreciate your business and your kind review. Come see us again soon!

This is a great place to stay! The only thing I don't like was the price for each night. Rooms are very clean, tidy and cozy!check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly! The pool and the rest of the facility was really clean.

Days four and five of our trip we stayed here. The room was clean, quiet, well-maintained with two queen beds and a lovely view of the parking lot. Each room had a sliding door with an enclosed outdoor seating area (for two.) Nice views of Lake Powell are easily available between each building and along the walkway in back. We...

This lodge was a total disappointment. I knew it would be bad when I read the admonition to customers not to gut their fish in the room or they would be charged $100. The on site restaurant had closed for the season and we were directed to a grill at a gas station two miles away. This grill was the...

We loving say "we are in the middle of the middle of nowhere" surrounded by beautiful scenery and peaceful days. With that does come all the wildlife including the bats, rabbits, squirrels and other animals which are native to the area. Being so close to Lake Powell there are a lot of fishing tournaments and those participating do stay with...

Website said that the restaurant and bar were open and they weren't at all. We were stuck eating at the Chevron gas station Grill which was way over priced, under staffed and you cant call ahead when you leave the lake because their phone doesnt work. Otherwise, after being on the lake all day, the only real food was at...

First of all this is not your resort destination for fun in the sun type place. This is a quaint place that we find perfect for a first night stop to refresh and get a good night sleep before accessing the house boats on Lake Powell the next morning. We have stayed here several times after driving all day prior...

This place is beautiful and I would recommend staying here if they got new management in the hotel. I Stayed there about 2 week ends ago. The restaurant was great and the staff was amazing! The hotel had a few friendly people but I noticed as I sat on the computers that the "manager" kept bossing the employees around like...
