I was traveling with Gate 1 travel as a member of a group of 18. Hostal Bahia's restaurante "Finca del Mar" was our first meal stop. We ate outside under a wonderfully shaded awning with fans. Our lunch started with a varied bread basket, then a lovely squash soup, salad, and a choice of meat for a main course -...

Located at the top end of Punta Gorda, aprox. 20 minute walk along the malecon, or a 3 minute bici taxi from Cienfuegos town, turn right on Ave 20 and on the corner of Calle 35, at the waters edge, sits Hostal Bahia. Keep in mind that this area is a bay, there are no beaches nearby. The 2 large...

The hotel looks promising fdrom the outside and the location is perfect - overlooking the bay. Rooms are spacious and clean - but they are in need of a complete redo. Vintaga airco. The view from the balcony at the sea-side is wonderful and you could easily spend a day there sipping a drink overlooking the sea and relaxing, if...

Clean and spacious room, magnificent view of the bay, great food and wonderful services were what i experienced at this casa. The rooms are on the second floor, so make sure you are able to take some steps. Few feet from the house there is a restaurant run by the same owner of the house that stays busy until late, although...

There was a lovely view over the water from the balcony which the 2 rooms shared. It was a delightful place to eat breakfast. However the disadvantages mentioned by other reviewers outweigh the view. The local youths congregate on the street just outside and the noise doesn't subside until about 2 o'clock in the morning. This was made worse by...

Apart from the very hospitable owners, this casa has a big balcony with an incredible view over the bay. Having a breakfast on this balcony is just the perfect way of starting the day. The rooms are clean and quite spacious.

The rooms in this casa were big, clean and very comfortable. Our room had a walk in shower with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The fully stocked, full size fridge was a delight! It was very humid in Cienfuegos so cold beer and water at our fingertips was much appreciated!! The view from the deck was fantastic...

My wife and I stayed in the casa for six nights. After the third night of being kept up by the night club up the street and then by the drunken revelers under our window we were seriously thinking of leaving. The next three nights the night club was closed and our opinion improved considerably. Unless you are planning on...

Amazing view from the room. A great choice if you want to spend a few nights in Cienfuegos. Diana speaks only Spanish but she is a lovely host and very helpful. Once again the view from the Hostal Bahia is just priceless. A walking distance to downtown.

The views from the hostel were lovely, unfortunately, that is the only good thing from this hostal and they could only be enjoyed during the day as at night nightclubs and teenagers partying right outside until late would ruiin even that. It all started wrong as it was difficult to find, when we finally arrived, we weren't received. I felt...
