Our family of 6 loved the beauty and peaceful beach and condo! The unit had an amazing view! We loved the paved ocean front path that stretched out about 1.5 miles with some of the best views in Maui. It was also close to great restaurants and the Wailea golf courses! Would highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and had everything needed, however the hot tub was broken four out of the six days we were there, the beds weren’t the most comfortable you could tell that they were very basic so I would not recommend if you have back problems or are looking for the comfort level of a hotel. Also, there was incredibly loud construction work going on for three days while we were there and while I understand Hyatt does not have control over this surely they could have managed it in during one of the busiest travel weeks of the year which is memorial day weekend. Also, to pay for the room took over 3 Hours of phone calls to accomplish, Then to come to find out later that because I book through a third-party that there was an additional person charge for each night we were there. Overall if you manage your own expectations and don’t expect a hotel night type of stay then this is a great place for a family to stay in terms of value

Traveling with Grand Kids it was great to be on the ground floor and close to the beach and pool. The security and ground crew staff were very attentive to the details, as they made sure the place was clean and safe. Uncrowded and quit ...... NICE

Polo Beach Club was one of the first buildings in Wailea. The building and garage are dated but clean and well maintained. Unit 609 is updated and was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach, ocean, and Lanai. The unit was well-equipped with kitchenware (dishes, utensils, pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc.), paper products, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), but no kitchen items other than salt, pepper, coffee grounds, and coffee condiments (sugar packets etc.)

We stayed in unit 801. The unit was absolutely beautiful and the view was spectacular! I was a bit dismayed as the unit located at the back of the building but to my surprise, I discovered it had two separate lanai’s, each with great views. The furnishings and decor were modern and very tasteful. The artwork in the unit was gorgeous! I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend!

We have booked again for next year. We enjoy the Polo Beach Club very much. The setting is perfect. We love the pool, and the view from the lanai. The management on the property is not always friendly or helpful.

Great condo right on Polo Beach at the east end of Wailea. Every suite has its own unique view of the water. Great bbq area and decent pool. Free underground parking and 24 hour security. Never felt very busy. Really nicely maintained grounds including a herb garden. Would stay again I deal for honeymoon or snowbirds. A bit on the quiet side.

This was a beautiful property. High quality with the feel of small and private. The views from the balcony were super. Sunsets that were picture perfect. The picture of one of the bedrooms looked like a double bed but it was really twins pushed together for the picture. We rearranged them and made do.

Although Polo Beach 508 was probably a beautiful unit in 1984, that appears to be the last time most of the furniture was purchased. The short shag in the unit was probably really nice about ten years ago. Alas, the furniture and shag had seen better days. The silverware appears to be partials from two sets. The $29.95 bottom of the line Mr. Coffer was at least functioning. The Internet was spotty. The back sliding door would appear to lock. But, a good push and it would open. The saving grace was Polo Beach Club itself. It has been maintained quite nicely. Underground parking was always available and the grounds, pool and chairs very nice. I would gladly stay at Polo Beach Club again, just another unit.

We have been coming to the Wailea area of Maui yearly until the start of the pandemic. We were so excited to return. Instead of searching the internet for available units, we called Destination Residences Hawaii on Maui because of our great experience with them in the past. As usual, we had great service from the reservation specialist and reserved an oncean-front unit (#206) in the Polo Beach Club. Upon arrival, it was clear the unit was not only not updated (which we knew going in because of the pictures) but also filthy. The walls and carpet were stained. The paint was chipping off the walls. The ceilings were stained with something, the veneer on multiple doors were stripped, and, the kitchen and primary bath were filled with ants. Tish at the front desk of Destination Residences was incredibly helpful. She sent out maintenance immediately, who tried (unsuccessfully) to treat the ants. The kitchen was essentially unusable because of the ants. One other wonder customer service experience we had with Destination Residences: our return flight from Hawaii was unexpectedly cancelled. Tish was good enough to allow us to stay in our unit for an extra night. So, great customer service from Destination Residences in Maui. A really subpar unit #206 in the Polo Beach Club.
