What a wonderful weekend away my husband and I had. Our cottage was so lovely, and had such a welcoming feeling to it. You really are so spoilt here with lots of additional extras. It really is a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying. I have seen others comment on the traffic, but we didn't find it a...

This was an excellent value little cottage, ideal for our one night stopover. Lovely bedding and nice touches with fresh fruit and flowers. I had a problem with the smell of dog near the door from the kitchen to the owners house and again outside the bathroom. It was quite strong and did put me off eating there (along with...

Annie's Bed and Breakfast was the perfect place to celebrate our 1st Wedding anniversary. A perfect little romantic getaway. Every aspect was thought through and done to the highest standard. The grounds were beautiful, the scents of the flowers in the garden as we arrived, the beautiful entrance way to our little room - and all this before we even...

We have stayed twice at Annies now and found it to be simply wonderful. Well appointed - as if you are at home. All the amenities you need and more. Very luxurious and comfortable in all respects. Lots of nice finishing touches you don't get elsewhere. Not far from Warkworth Townsite and numerous other attractions on the Matakana Wine and...

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas 2012, and it was a lovely treat! Comfortable, clean and a decently equipped kitchen for making Christmas dinner. Annie and Peter go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and even took our orders for what we'd like for breakfast. Has a lovely deck completely shielded from the weather, so you...

Great little cottage in a good location away from Matakana hustle and bustle, but we could hear cars on the busy road constantly. There was also some strange and noisy animals in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof that walked around all night. Does have nice host and great linens.

Annie’s B&B provided a stop over from us as we traveled from the Bay of Islands down to Coromandel as part of our honeymoon trip in January. It was really a little treasure of a place that we are so glad we stumbled upon and really wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived around dinner time after a day...

Chosen because we wanted somewhere close to Auckland to get away for the weekend, Annie's more than met our expectations. Peter is a great host, and the cottage was perfect - it has EVERYTHING! I would recommend this place to anyone - it is seriously good, the breakfasts are lovely and the bed was something else - I haven't slept...

Annies is less than an hour from Auckland and situated close to Warkworth so it was a great place to stay for a getaway weekend to the Matakana region. We were greeted by the delightful and energetic Annie who immediately made us feel at home. The cottage is very cosy, private and comfortable with a luxurious bedroom and bathroom attached...
