Steve and Wendy have thought of everything, two duvets on huge bed, little light in bathroom, the food is delicious, comfort in every room, lent me clothes to go fishing in, They are delightful my kind and looked after our every need. We spent three days there for a fishing trip and they even helped get our fishing licences. Beautiful...

We stayed here two nights - the lodge was easy to find, being about 10km from Murchinson. It is set in a really beautiful area and all the rooms have gorgeous views. We stayed in the room with the king bed and it was very comfortable. Good reading lights and wifi. Wendy and Steve and their dogs, Oscar and Shadow,...

Yes the Murchison area and its lovely walks are a hidden gem! Although our summer has been great - it's always nice to sit in front of a cosy fire with a glass of wine. Thank you for a lovely review Go55.

We stayed at Korimako Lodge on our way from Wanaka to Nelson, and it was such a lovely stopover. The views from the lodge are stunning across the Matakitaki valley and the lodge itself is beautiful. Our room was very thoughtfully laid out and we were made to feel right at home by Wendy & Steve - and their 2...

Attractive miniminalist design lodge with three delightful rooms. Lots to do especially if fishing, and hiking are your interests. Two beautiful canine hosts accompany Wendy and Steve who endeavour to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Dinner a culinary delight using local fish and meats and amazing veggies from the garden. Murcheson an interesting town with a fantastic museum.

Thank you for the review, mollys grandma. Oscar and Shadow really enjoyed your stay, it was a shame Oscar was on enforced kennel rest during your stay but he did enjoy the short walk and the doggie treats!

We had a marvellous stay. The lodge is set in beautiful bush high on a hill above the Matakitaki valley with stunning views to the surrounding ranges and across the river. It’s an eco-lodge with solar panels, elegantly and carefully designed to fit with its environment and catch the sun all day - and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. There...

Korimako is located in a beautiful and peaceful valley, where the views are stunning whether it's rainy, sunny or cloudy. The lodge is wonderfully secluded and tucked into a hillside, making it very quiet and tranquil.
