I recently spent 3 amazing nights at Fatboys Resort with 3 friends. When you arrive and the boat takes you to Fatboys overwater bar/restuarnat you know you are in for a treat. We had a family bungalow which was very comfortable. It had 3 singles in one room and a queen in the other room. One bathroom to share. All...

A magical experience! In a Dickensian sense, a fatboy is a slovenly layabout who does little else but eat, drink and sleep. At Fatboys Resort this is all you have to do! We did extend ourselves to some fishing and snorkelling trips, as well as a couple of visits to the neighbouring resort. The food here is beautiful- particularly the...

This place has it all! The location is absolutely breathtaking the staff are all so beautiful and just loved having my 2 children around. You can read all the reviews on Fatboys and they all say how fantastic the place is, it's clean, rooms are great, food is wholesome but it's even better than that, Fatboys is more than a...

After reading some great reviews on trip advisor and in various travel magazines I wanted to give fatboys ago. I'm a very experienced traveller and was looking to find a gem off the beaten track. Fat boys was that. Beautiful rustic style resort. Which has everything you need. The customer service is fantastic and you feel that it's a home...

My wife and I walked from Sanbis resort through the local village to have lunch at fatboys located at the opposite end of the island, the food and views of the reef from the over water restaurant was very good and service was great.

My husband and I have just returned from 7 blissful days at Fatboys. We have snorkelled all over the world and actually live in far north Queensland right on the Great Barrier Reef and we reckon the snorkelling is world class at Fatboys and surrounds. The water is warm and clean, the visibility was fantastic, the coral and fish life...

There are a variety of activities to do right from your front door - snorkelling, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding or simply relax in a hammock with a good book . It is surrounded by crystal clear water, abundant marine life and amazing reef. Fresh seafood is on the menu daily at reasonable prices and the friendly staff can't do...

Just spent 7 days here snorkelling, SUP, kayaking and a few books. All the staff were friendly and we found the food very good and the portions amble. In fact we shared and entree and main sometimes. Use of the Poly Boats was another plus in our package for a day which we used over two days. Only downsize was...

This is a stunning location for a resort. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is good. But the best part of the experience are the staff. They were friendly and helpful, and great with kids. They really made the stay a most memorable one! Even though the weather was not particularly kind.

An amazing place to relax in the middle the Pacific Ocean, with really friendly staff. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable - I really enjoyed my stay there. The reef just under the building is clean and a nice place to just snorkel with loads of canoes and paddle boards etc to use. The bar is well stocked. The...
