In town for an event at the Salt Palace. Came a few days early, stayed a day extra. My corner room on the 19th floor was very comfortable. I had to continue to conduct some business during my stay. Desk and wifi were ample and effective. Good shower and provided toiletries. Small upscale gift shop in the lobby. Two restaurants...

Good older hotel. Adequate sized room, not much of a view, friendly staff, mostly! Very convenient location! Very fast elevators! Great steak house connected to hotel! Plastic corner came loose first day and was repaired with blue tape that stayed on all week, not very attractive! I usually make my main rating based on three things:Bed, Shower, Towels. This room had...

Dear lehook1031, Thank you for your "Very Nice" review. I truly appreciate the direct feedback in regard to opportunities to upgrade the terry cloth in the guest room you were registered in, as well as the inconsistent coffee service. I will address these concerns with my team. Thank you for choosing our Hilton while in Salt Lake City. Jeff Protzman...

This is a great hotel, excellent location, close to Mormon Temple, Salt Palace. Concierge lounge is terrific, staff great. Good parking in underground facility. Quiet and elegant. A great place to stay when visiting Salt Lake City.

The Hilton is an excellent hotel. The facility and staff are exceptional and exceed expectations. The location is directly across from the Convention Center. However, check to determine where your event is within the Center because the facility is so large that you maybe a 20 minute walk from the hotel. For instance, there are hotels on each corner of...

We booked 2 rooms and checked in very late.. Around midnight. One room was just being cleaned..?? Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Room had a nice city view. I can't comment on any amenities, but employees were friendly and there is a restaurant on site.

Dear PLTmom, Thank you for choosing the Hilton Salt Lake City for your recent trip to SLC. I appreciate the feedback on friendly employees. The possible reason for the late room cleaning service that you have referenced is that we typically run very high occupancy levels and have flight crews leaving the hotel all day and all night long. We...

For a 4 star hotel and price, this isn't any better than a 1 or 2 star hotel. The hotel is clean and nice, but the service is terrible. First day the room service barely touched the room. Blankets were just thrown in a pile, dirty glasses were left, pillows just thrown around, things not organized, etc. Had to talk...

Staying for a conference. Rooms are clean and quiet. Lost one star because we wanted the room cooler and we couldn't do that. Too warm for us at night. Not a big deal, though. Its March and we like it cooler than most I suppose... Lots of choices for food nearby. Loved Murphy's Bar and Sicilia Pizza (they deliver quickly!)....

My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I was impressed from the moment I entered my room. The bedding was crisp, fresh, and clean. I stayed for a business trip I had in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel that was clean and affordable. Location was perfect if you want access to everything down town. It was 10 min from the aiport and my Uber was only $11.58.
