Relocating from AZ to NM. Needed place to stay x 1 week. Marriott across cross mall on Louisiana, moist, busy lobby with well dressed, husband hunters on the prowl was a turn off. The Luxury was 7 min from mall on my GPS. Got king size bed, desk, dresser, lamps, granite counter top in bathroom.. True, no coffee maker, nor...

we had stayed here about 2 years ago and it was very nice. However, this time it was very different. It was very outdated. the bedspread had cigarette burns in them. The pillows were very flat. no coffee maker in the room. the continental breakfast consisted of coffee and mini muffins. it was a depressing atmosphere. I would not recommend...

Not one to focus on the negative however this location was very substandard and located in a run down portion of Albuquerque. The room door was damaged and missing the deadbolt. The smoke detector had a plastic shower cap covering it, indicating that the previous occupant probably smoked in it and it was not thoroughly inspected. Only one set of...

We arrived at late evening, so it was dark. The building next to this motel is ruined and no light, it felt us kind of scaring atmosphere and security concern. Room itself was clean, but facial tissue was running out. I asked the office to replace it, but the person said there is no facial tissue for replacement and gave...

All new paint, carpet and tile makes the room seem nicer than the great price you paid but as you settle in you notice several things that add up to almost a deal breaker. First the train issue several reviews have talked about. we were in the back of the lot furthest away from the road and tracks but every...

We stayed here July, 2014. The room was clean, the bed was very good but the pool was 'out-of-order.' A short conversation between the owner and his young son made us wonder how long the pool had not operated, which is the main reason we decided to stay here. We thought the owner should have informed us up-front that the...

Reservation made 7/2/2013 for arrival of 7/4/2013. When we arrived with written confirmation of our reservation and rate we were asked to pay 50% more than the confirmed rate. We talked to two people at the front desk and the "owner" was supposedly called to no avail. We stayed elsewhere rather than fall for this unethical practice, INcidentally the pool...

I stayed here twice, about 4 years apart. Both times I found the rooms to be very clean, the prices good and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is weak coffee in the morning. Highly recommended.

When I first arrived, I had found the room somewhat clean. I decided to get the bed ready and a huge roach ran across the bed. The breakfast was not what I would call a continental breakfast. I would not stay there again. The staff was everything but friendly.
