Due to our cancelled flight and not another reasonable option to be rebooked (the airline was not able to book us until the end of the week which would shorten our vacation from 7 days to only 2 days), we had to cancel our recent trip to New Mexico. As soon as the airline cancelled our original flight and could...

Dear Jaye, I am so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with this cancellation. It is never our policy to charge a cancellation fee when the circumstances of the cancellation are outside the guests control. There must have been a miscommunication between the Hotels.com representative and the front desk staff at the Inn. I apologize that this happened,...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 17 January 2017

The rooms, the service, the setting, the food: All top notch! I promise you won't find a nicer hotel for many miles -- certainly not in Albuquerque. It is a short ten to 12 minute drive to Albuquerque, but you will feel that you are in a different world. The hotel was listed as one of the 10 best hotels...

My husband and I stayed here for a night before leaving New Mexico. As soon as you enter the tree lined drive you can see you are somewhere special. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and we borrowed their bikes to ride along the river. Breakfast was included and wonderful. If you are looking for a standard chain hotel this is...

My husband and I were fortunate to stay at Los Poblanos both at the beginning and end of our recent trip to NM. From the moment you enter the property, the scent of lavender welcomes you. Our rooms were great-small cottages with their own fireplaces, comfortable beds and the inn's own lavender products in the bathrooms. The property itself is...

We loved Los Poblanos. Everyone there took great care of us and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great. The grounds are beautiful and the food is terrific. The peacocks are noisy but entertaining. The shop was lots of fun. We look forward to returning soon.

A family member brought me to this restaurant after having called to make sure that there would be vegan options. The restaurant is a famous place to have a meal as they service not only their hotel guests but others. She was assured there would be vegan options. However, a plate of grilled vegetables or a salad is not a...

We stayed here for three nights, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was bright and airy, the architecture and feel of the property was utterly charming, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Greeted by peacocks on the patio. Rode bikes on nearby trails along Rio Grande. Lavender simple syrup on fresh fruit at breakfast. Spectacular setting in fields of lavender, which they bottle in lotions and potions. Kind, knowledgeable staff. One of my most favorite places on the planet.
