The hotel was not very clean and the area did not feel too safe. The first Room they put me in smelled like smoke, and I requested a non-smoking room. So they put me in a new room, but the place did not feel clean and the towels were very thin and rough and the room smelled a bit. I...

We came for Balloon Fiesta, which is amazing. We made our reservations based on reviews back in July for 3 night stay. We originally booked a king smoking room in error. Two weeks prior we called and asked to change to nonsmoking. On phone our reservation was updated. Yea we got a smoking room. Room is dated with no luggage...

Stayed at this extended stay for the first time due to a family member trying tor relocate to Abq and needing an inexpensive place that would allow the dog. Found it! I am familiar with the area and knew it would be an okay area for going out walking the dog. At check in the young man (Dan?) was friendly...

I rented a room for 39 dollars a night. It was off the expressway a bit, but in a good location. The place was appealing and clean. Modern building, treed and landscaped location, pool, and ample parking. The receptionist who checked me-in was extremely helpful and kind . I just wish I could remember her name. The room was clean...

I needed a place to stay for a few weeks. I read some of the reviews and was a little concerned. I felt safe here. As a woman traveling I often feel unsafe at hotels, but not here. Their night staff is extremely helpful. They have security cameras and their parking lot has great lighting. It was probably the brightest...

The hotel room is okay; afterall, this is no Waldorf Astoria. My issue with the hotel is the staff's lack of concern regarding disabled parking. I have a scooter carrier and I require the van assessible spot to get on and off my scooter. In a pinch, any handicapped assessible spot will do. The problem is that people with NO...

We were so happy with our stay here. It was clean, bed was comfortable, we had free WiFi, we could park right outside the door, there was a full sized refrigerator, microwavew, etc. It wasn't fancy but the price was right: We paid $45+Tax (almost $50 for AARP rate). The location was great too. Easy access to interstate! Would definitely...

Despite the run-down appearance, there is so much more that is wrong with this place. Unfriendly staff! I was accused of not paying while I had extended the night before online. Not only did they wake me up, they yelled at me and told me that it was my responsibility to inform them when I extend. The area is not...
