Electic decor, community tables for eating some of the best breakfasts I have had at any b + b. Magnanimous hostess with great suggestions, friendly little doggies, great outdoor areas to sit and talk. Coloring book with colored pencils and markers for adult visitors!

Sue is welcoming, engaging, kind, and I believe, makes all of her guests feel like they are her favorite guests. Well, we were..wink,wink. She is fun and has great stories to tell, while being a good listener, as well. The gardens and patio areas are...More

Sue was a remarkable hostess. We felt like family. Great accomodations! Delicious food! Terrific advice for enjoying Albuquerque and the Balloon Festival. It is far above an average bed & breakfast stay.

I will be coming to Albuquerque July 9-Oct 15. Looking for a private place to stay as I will be working nights. Do you have a room for those dates and do they have kitchens and wifi? What is the monthly rate? Could I stay longer if needed?

Coming out to Albuquerque for 3 days in February. Love the looks of your place but have a husband with serious dog and cat allergies. Should I anticipate problems? Are there resident dogs and cats or are the pictures on your website of visitors?
