I was upgraded to a very large nice room. The lighting was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well lit with great hot water and good pressure. The staff seemed to care a lot about the place. The breakfast area was well...More
What would have normally been a very good or excellent review was made average due to the substandard breakfast meal. Many hotels allow you to serve yourself a la carte, but this hotel runs its dining facility like a restaurant - an understaffed, slow restaurant....More
This was our first time at this hotel. We live in Santa Fe and only stay overnight in ABQ when a storm may interfere with road travel.

I would like to know how a partial refund is considered compensation for not even staying at the hotel due to unhealthy and unclean conditions. Has anyone else experienced the run around from this hotel? Even IHG is giving me the brush off about my experience. My company employes 63,000 people and we have a travel budget that easily runs 7 figures. If they don't care about keeping my company's business with our aggressive travel schedule, I wonder how they treat the leisure or casual traveler. The truth is there are so many other great places to stay. I chose my rental car over their filthy used linen covered beds.
