Room was poorly prepped for me. There was something that looked like dried urine on the floor in the toilet area. It could also have been a leaking utility panel in the ceiling. The bathroom door scraped the floor and had spread it around. The...More
A Fabulous new hotel. Affordable, clean, very friendly, great access to I-25 in two minutes, no traffic issues. Breakfast was not included but they did have fresh coffee. Can't beat the quality and price. Five stars from me.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel before our flight to Nicaragua and I stayed there on my return. The place is actually very beautiful but there really is a lack of attention in the maintenance department. The night my wife and I stayed...More
We arrived at 10:30 pm for one night stay. We went to breakfast at 9:15. We watched 3 other groups get served as the time was ticking away. Breakfast ends at 9:30. Finally a waiter, Curtis, asked if we were finished. We told Curtis we...More
I stayed at this hotel three years ago and swore I would never do it again. Well, I did and the experience could not have been better. Thanks so much to Carolyn, Mary and to my very nice chauffeur, Ruben Abeyta.

I would like to know how a partial refund is considered compensation for not even staying at the hotel due to unhealthy and unclean conditions. Has anyone else experienced the run around from this hotel? Even IHG is giving me the brush off about my experience. My company employes 63,000 people and we have a travel budget that easily runs 7 figures. If they don't care about keeping my company's business with our aggressive travel schedule, I wonder how they treat the leisure or casual traveler. The truth is there are so many other great places to stay. I chose my rental car over their filthy used linen covered beds.
