We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was very helpful and happy! Shuttle driver was very personable as was the desk attendants. Great cookies at the front desk. And free happy hour. Wow! Would like to stay there again

This is a decent hotel. There is no elevator but offers 2 free drinks a night. Could use updated in places but for the price is not bad. The location is good just minutes from old town and the malls. .

My son and I stayed there for balloon fiesta and we had a great time. Love the inside courtyard, the pool and the comp drinks in the evening. We brought our motorcycles, and it was convenient to zip on to I25 and ride up to Madrid for the day(where they filmed "Wild Hogs"). We also brought our bicycles so we...

So the location is great. Close to the interstates and decent selection of restaurants close by. The room itself was typical in that it had 2 beds and such. Wasn't fancy by any means but it was very large. Lots of room to spread out and not feel like we were crawling on top of one another. Beds were fairly...

Due to work I was at the clubhouse on Menaul for a month and I had the best time. First night I was just feeling my way around. Mel at the front desk was amazing. She answered any questions I had and didn't mind that half of them were dumb. Mel is just wonderful!! But the crown jewel has to...

Purchased this hotel off Pipeline Express hotel offering and state this hotel was 2.5 stars. The hotel was closer to 3.5 stars. Location was excellent, rooms were updated, quite and very clean and the breast buffet was one of the better one I have been served. Don't afraid to stay here.

This hotel was a good for the price. Breakfast was as good as hotels we've stayed at for a lot more money. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. Dwight, their driver, was especially nice taking us around wherever we needed to go. Location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

I am a regular user. Friendly staff. decent rooms. The entry ways need to be pressure washed and the doorways need some paint. It would spruce up the place and not cost a bunch of money. I like the breakfast except they need to have real cream or half and half instead of the powder.

I had a Great time at this hotel in Albuquerque! The staff was helpful, the breakfast was very good, I had 2 plates. And the room was quiet and clean. I would gladly stay there again. The shuttle driver was polite and knowledgeable. The happy hour started my evening off well after a long day at the conference I attended.
