From the Curbside Valet to the Front Desk, and from the dining room to housekeeping, all services here are quite excellent. This hotel goes above and beyond to look after guests. Security in the hotel is quite good, and yet the city is very safe. Hotel rooms are very large, with excellent views of the city, great television selection, comfort...

The front office staff was completely rude and 100% did not treat our group as valued customers. We will not be staying here again. We booked several rooms the weekend before at your sister property, Hyatt Tamaya for a bachelorette party, and had a great time. We had high expectations for our stay this weekend, and ended up being completely...

The rooms were clean and comfortable but a little small for the price. And the staff was very rude and very unwelcoming! I would not recommend to stay here at this hotel for the price and hospitality.

I stay at this hotel every year when I attend a conference. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I like that there is a Starbucks in the lobby where I can get my coffee every morning. It is located downtown, within walking distance to the bus station (public bus available to and from the airport) and rail runner depot. There are...

Disappointed. No room service in the afternoon, no dining room waiter until after 6:15pm, only one staff valet parking attendant and it took 20 minutes to retrieve my vehicle when leaving. Room furniture was worn and scratched. There were small holes in the lamp shade. The heavy curtains closed and would not reopen. However, my room was clean.
