Bed was very uncomfortable, heating system awful, no water in room in a super dry state. They overcharge you when you check out and say you will be credited several days later due to incidentals $50 hold. Terrible policy.

I was one of two people seated for breakfast one morning. I never got waited on even after waiting 15 minutes and finally leaving without even being offered coffee. I would not...

The Hyatt Regency hosted the 37th Annual Southwest Popular American Culture Association Conference, which my husband and I attended. The conference facilities were very nice and we had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very courteous and attentive. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower was...

I thought for the price this was a good hotel. We were on the 14th floor which was quiet and gave us a great view of albuquerque. The lobby was nice and the front desk staff was friendly. We paid 16 dollars to park overnight. There was room service and restaurants downstairs, as well as nice boutiques. We just stayed...
