The room was clean, had a small fridge, a balcony with a working sliding door and lock. Check in was quick and easy and a free hot breakfast was available in the morning. The hotel is pretty much equidistant to downtown and Nob Hill area which was good. Shopping, night life and dinning was less than 10 min away.

I wish that I could give it a lower rating than 1 out of 5. Where to begin? The room and it's furniture is very old. There was clumps of hair all over the room. So it was clearly evident that the room was not cleaned after the last use. The shower drain was clogged with hair as well. The...

Wow this really does not sound like my Hotel. I am sorry you experienced this. We are a older hotel so we pride ourselves in a clean room and a good hot breakfast. I can not even believe my breakfast lady would say something like that, she has done breakfast for the last 4 years. I would love you to...

This is our first time to stay in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful when we checked in. The room is quite small but fits us perfectly well. It was clean as well. It was only an overnight stay but we had a relaxing stay. The breakfast fell short of our expectation because there was...

Stopped in Albuquerque on our road trip along route 66 - budget was the name of the game when it came to choosing hotels! The Howard Johnson was a standard, budget hotel; clean and comfortable, with basic amenities. The room was a little small compared to other rooms in similar hotels but perfectly adequate for our needs. Our main objective...

This is the old Plaza Hotel. It has been cleaned up a bit. This hotel has an excellent view of the west mesa and downtown. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The heater in the room I had was quite loud. It had a nice breakfast offering but the hot food was poorly cooked. The hotel...
