Front desk staff are very professional, especially michael. Rooms are clean and everything works. I've stayed here about six times and have never had an issue. Walking distance to three different restaurants. Easy access to the highway.

The rooms were clean, nice size for a hotel room. Convenient location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good rate for midweek. Will stay here again.

Came to Albuquerque for a 50th high school class reunion and to enjoy the balloon fiesta. Hotel was arranged by a classmate. Our room was clean, staff was courteous and breakfast was convenient. However, the faucet handle on our shower was loose and came off in my hand. I reported it and was assured it would be taken care of,...

Although the room appeared and smelled clean, we had roaches in the bathroom at night! Staff was friendly and helpful, but when I inquired about why roaches or if they would offer some kind of compensation, they just said that Albuquerque flushes sewers and the roaches come up the drain. Yuck!! I HATE roaches - they creep me out! Too...
