This beautiful resort could easily earn five stars from me except for the outdated room and terrible bed - you know the kind. Even the pillows were terrible - the hard thick foam kind that keeps your neck and head in an unnatural position. But, enough of the bad stuff because there was plenty of good: wonderful gracious staff, unbelievably...

We have stayed at Hotel Albuquerque for 17+ years. We are originally from Albuquerque & come back often to see all our family and we ALWAYS stay here! In the summer, we enjoy the big pool, hot tub & lounge chairs to relax in. At Christmas, the wonderful 20+ foot tall Christmas tree welcomes visitors in their lobby. Sitting in...

Rayn took care of us and our friends birthday party. He was the best. He even took our birthday cake and put in the freezer for the party and served it to us later. He went over the top, was on top of everything and very polite. If you ever eat at the at Gardunos here you must ask for...

Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and wonderful people. We flew in from another time zone, arrived at 11:30 AM the day of our reservation. I told the front desk person we had been awake since 1 AM (their time) because of travel and asked if we could get in our room as soon as possible. They gave us a room at...

The staff at Casa Esencia at Hotel Albuquerque is phenomenal and attentive. My girlfriends and I went there for a ladies night out and we were truly in for a treat. We got there around 10:30 and the line to get in was long, so if possible, reserve a table so then you can be in the short VIP line....

We booked on line and then over the phone to confirm a reservation for a wheelchair accessible room for two nights. The room was not ADA compliant and nothing on the website or from the reservation agent indicated this. The bathroom as tiny, lacked grab bars by toilet and the grab bars and tiny shower seat were unusable. They seem...

Hotel Albuquerque is a BEAUTIFUL Hotel with a delightful atmosphere. My friend was recently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the Army and we were fortunate enough to house all of our friends and family at this wonderful hotel. It all starts with the FRONT DESK and a lady name Char Willis. She will bend over backwards to ensure you have...

My room was very clean, the room temp was just right, and I had a lovely view of the Sandia Mts. If you stay, make sure that you see the...

I stayed one night and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Char Willis. She was extremely helpful in providing insight to the local area and hotel. Her bubbly personality made her fun to talk with. Before leaving, I had a wonderful breakfast which made we wanting more. I intend to return to this...

After first visit was such a great experience decided to repeat our stay two months later. Front desk personnel first class in every way. Heidi and Jenn we remember as the most courteous and helpful staff members we encountered making us feel most comfortable and at home. Looking forward to another visit. B. and I. Willock
