We are deeply sorry to hear about what you have experienced during your recent stay. As you know, we work to uphold a much higher standard than this so, we cant apologize enough about the inconveniences that you experienced. We will speak with our housekeeping staff about the details of your stay, and we will make the necessary changes so that this does not happen again. We also apologize for the nonavailability of a roll away and will work to find a better system to keep track and accommodate our guests needs more efficiently and effectively! We did not have a pet and were on an higher floor with carpet, so I don't know. Your best bet is to call the lodge.
