This was the 3rd Doubletree we stayed out over the course of a week or so – and by far the best of the lot. This is not a high end or trendy boutique hotel, however it provided 5 star service and deserves kudos for their efforts. At the front desk we met Debby whose upbeat personality and greeting let...

I was on holiday from Hawaii and driving in the downtown area of Albuquerque. I thought I would attempt to go into hotel and view it for a possible stay. I noticed that directly in front of the hotel is a blocked off "parking" place, and as I turned left into the property, I immediately noticed a sign that read...

This was a great place to stay, downtown Albuquerque! The location is excellent- few minutes walk to some great downtown restaurants, brew pubs and coffee spots. It was clean, quiet and the bedding was especially nice & comfy!

My stay was average compared to other hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Additional menu choice would be great as well as timely delivery. The cleaning staff did wonderful, but seemingly failed to notice a slow draining face bowl. Thanks for this opportunity.

Stayed here on my way from Las Cruces, NM to COS and wanted to break up the drive. The lobby is very nice, and check-in was a breeze. The room exceeded my expectations. It was extremely room, and comfortable, with a huge bathroom. Only negative is the shower height, if you're over 5' 8" you have to duck to get...

Located in downtown Albuquerque, the Doubletree gives a faultless welcome. If I was rating only service and the helpfulness of the staff, this review would be excellent. Everyone from reception to restaurant staff couldn't have been more welcoming and obliging. However, what lets the hotel down is as follows: the decor that we found rather drab although the room was...

Traveling frequently for work allows me the opportunity to experience many different hotels and hotel chains. One consistency is that Hilton offers the fewest perks for their loyalty members and this hotel was no exception. Upon checking in I was offered a room on the 1st floor and told a mini fridge would be an extra $10 per night. Deciding...

So, I'm no hotel critic but I stay at enough of them all around the country to be able to decipher a good hotel to a bad hotel. I typically reserve a "star" dedicated to staff performance.
