Located in downtown Albuquerque, the Doubletree gives a faultless welcome. If I was rating only service and the helpfulness of the staff, this review would be excellent. Everyone from reception to restaurant staff couldn't have been more welcoming and obliging. However, what lets the hotel down is as follows: the decor that we found rather drab although the room was...

Traveling frequently for work allows me the opportunity to experience many different hotels and hotel chains. One consistency is that Hilton offers the fewest perks for their loyalty members and this hotel was no exception. Upon checking in I was offered a room on the 1st floor and told a mini fridge would be an extra $10 per night. Deciding...

So, I'm no hotel critic but I stay at enough of them all around the country to be able to decipher a good hotel to a bad hotel. I typically reserve a "star" dedicated to staff performance. With that said; this DoubleTree earned that star within my first night staying. So this is how my experience started. I called the...

I have stayed in this hotel for business many times since 2013. I have enjoyed my accommodations before. Now things have changed, the rooms feel rundown as well as the bathrooms, leaky faucets, noisy bathroom fans etc. There is new personnel every time I stay, this is just not what I expect from a DoubleTree hotel. In addition to my...

I've stayed at this location before and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. For me, it is the staff that is at the core of making me feel so valued as a guest/customer. I'm frequently asked if I need anything or if there is anything I need to make my stay more accommodating. As a customer this speaks...

I really live this property. It's clean, quiet, and the staff is helpful. I was able to stay in my room and work. I've been to hotels where I hated staying in the room, due to snells or negative energy. You can tell the company takes care of their staff and that reflects in the way they treat the guest!!

Stayed here with a friend while attending a movie festival. The rooms were nice and large. One night it was incredibly loud as there was a party on our floor. After a couple of calls to the office, things quieted down. All and all, a pleasant experience.

I had an easy time coordinating this training with Laura & Daniel for my meeting back in March. Only took a week to get all of the paperwork signed off on and sleeping arrangements made. Will definitely use this facility for training again if in the area.
