I was bitten by bed bugs during our stay. All the way from the neck down. Their was mold in the bathroom and as well as in the refrigerator. Their were dark brown stains on the sheets that seemed like they were not changed prior to the last few guests that stayed in the room. The office was not bearable...

I have to admit that we didn't even stay here. All of the hotels in Kanab were full, so we ventured down to Fredonia to see if we could find space. This place was available, but it only took 3 minutes to determine that it was uninhabitable. As soon as we parked, about 12 feral cats swarmed our vehicle. From...

It is a motel. Just remember that. Sheets and bathroom were clean. It is dated, a bit dirty. Don't expect amenities, dishes or soap. But it is close (relatively) to the North Rim, and is only $39. You cannot beat that. Location is kind of cozy. Office does smell like million cats, but room was fine. I would stay there...

I'm sure this was once a lovely place to stay. And that's about the best thing I can say. There is absolutely nothing modern about the facilities except internet access. Horrible cat odor permeates everything. Curtains could not cover the windows. No soap at all in the bathroom. Electrical outlet-one had been shorted out and one was held onto the...

A friend and I were doing a road trip visiting national parks in America. After leaving Zion we thought we would spend the night before heading off to the Grand Canyon. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin for a total of $44. The couple running the hotel were incredibly friendly, and showed us to our room. Great customer service....

I have mixed feelings about this place. I have pretty low standards when it comes to hotels or hostels. It was only $20 for a queen bed and my own bathroom, which is a really great deal. I was fine with the condition of the place considering the price and location. The smell was my biggest issue, but not enough...

The only time you want to stay in a budget "hotel" is when you can't drive home, and when there is nothing else around cheaper. Maybe next time I would probably sleep in my car. The office smells like a cat box, and the room had mouse turds......hmmm those cats are fired!!!

I feel bad because it's an older couple running this place... but I'm not sure they can smell what they are living in. It's bad. Really bad. Don't stay here. We paid 39 for a one bedroom and regardless of the price I would NEVER do it again. I'd sleep in my car first. Most uncomfortable restless sleep ever and...

Pro: The business is family owned with a friendly older couple who were very accommodating. We didn't arrive from the park until after 10pm and they very kindly stayed up to check us in. At $40, the property is probably the most affordable with very easy access to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon Con: The motel rooms were...

I actuallyade reservations here. O did not want to stay in Utah because Mormons freak me out . I thought we'd drive over the boarder and crash there. AFTER a 10 hr drive we just wanted showers and a bed. We broke camp I. Idaho earlier that day and entire family was in need of a room. At one time...
