We spent the first few days of our honeymoon here and I really can't say enough about it. It's perfect! ALL the rooms have a great view and balcony. We stayed in Ute Indian and loved the decor. This is a first-class place all the...More
Taharra, thank you Diane and Ken. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely place in Estes Park. Our hosts and their staff were very welcoming, the rooms beautifully presented and comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. Their happy hour was a great way to meet...More
The two reviews before me have basically summed it up, but to recap: this place is great. My wife and I stayed a week and every breakfast was unbelievably good, and the hosts were very friendly and personable. The views, room, and lodge itself were...More
We started our first trip to Colorado with a three night stay at Taharaa and it was an excellent choice!

I am not sure what their policy is for holding a reception at Taharaa and reserving four rooms. We held our wedding and reception there and went with the option to reserve all of the rooms and had our family and wedding party stay there with us for two nights. Some of the rooms have a pull out couch in them, for our party those were ideal for families with kiddos. I think you could have three adults in a room and four would probably be cozy. The rooms are spacious in my opinion. Overall, I would say to reach out to the staff and talk with them about what you are looking for and your overall goals for your event. I had an incredible experience working with them and would highly recommend the staff and the venue.
Downtown Estes Park is about 4 miles from both the North and South Entrances to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park. As of now all of the park except Trail Ridge Road is open and accessible via car, bike, walking.
