We have traveled as a family to the Y every summer for 30 years. The facilities are great for families and reunions, and hiking in the park is fabulous. We always rent a cabin and fix our meals or go to a restaurant. Pets are welcome.

The Summit cabins are wonderful. You feel like you are natures back door. Fully stocked kitchens, (bring your own food). The beds have lines and the bathrooms have towels and tp. The cabins have fireplaces too. Window that surround the living room make looking at nature easier. We brought bird seed with us and placed some on the railing of... More

My husband & I stayed 4 nights at YMCA of the Rockies. It is well-kept, well-staffed, offers magnificent views, 3 meals a day, & all kinds or organized family activities. If you prefer, you can rent a cabin but we stayed in lodge housing. The view from the main lodge front veranda is hard to beat. Rutting elk wandering on... More

I have been traveling to Estes Park for over 55 years. Probably 50 of those years, we have stayed at the YMCA of the Rockies. The YMCA camp is more like a resort because it is a great place to bring the family and so MANY things to do. You can choose to stay in one of the Inns on... More

I love visiting the YMCA of the Rockies with my family. There are activites for everyone. We stayed here last July and enjoyed day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and the multitude of fun family activities on the property...mini golf, archery, climbing wall, tennis, arts & crafts, horseback riding. It's a throwback sort of resort that brings you back... More

We arrived in Estes Park late on a Friday evening, the snow and wind were picking up fortelling of a snowy future! Our cabin was a two story with several bedrooms large enough to sleep up to 14 people, full kitchen, tv, three bathrooms and easy access to the main lodge. Our first day was a snow hike up to... After fighting the stop and go traffic in town, you come to a quieter stretch of road, highway 66. Passing elk and deer, you come to a clearly marked entrance. Up and around, and into the lodge to register. Very patient, very knowledgeable staff get you checked in. Then, dodging elk and people, you get settled in. I had two... More

Most Falls, various friends and/or family gather to watch the elk in rut and the changing of the leaves. We stay in a large cabin which comfortably houses 7, though the YMCA offers larger and smaller accommodations. We bring our own food with the kitchen well equipped. A roaring fire is made daily, even if the temps are a bit... More

This YMCA is in a most beautiful spot, and the panoramic views are worth the price hands down. We were there for a week and the food was good quality, large quantity. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the views, scenery to die for. Totally unlike any other Y I have ever seen.

This place has many cabins of different sizes for rent. They are pricey but worth it for the location. The restaurant is buffet style and neither one was particularly good. The cabins are older and fairly clean. The dish rags could have been replaced along with some of the curtains. Cant beat the location though. Enjoyed our stay.
