Close to the entrance to RMNP, a short drive into town and a beautiful location on Fall River. This was our third time to stay here, after a nine year absence, and it was just as lovely and wonderful as we remembered. The managers and front desk staff are always so welcoming and helpful. It's a great place to view...

My husband and I made the mistake of arriving in Estes Park for a weekend with no reservations. Linda at Boulder Brook saved us by having a room available for one night and then went out of her way to help us find accommodations somewhere else for the next 2 nights!! So kind! I can’t say enough about that and...

We just returned from a seven day stay at Boulder Brook. For me it was ideal. Two miles from town so it was quite and the rooms were well maintained and quiet as well. We were 3-5 minutes from downtown or the entrance to the RMNP. I wanted R&R and I found it here and will be going back, hopefully...

Very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Wonderful accomodations; and many examples of wildlife to watch. Estes Park is one of our favorite place to visit. We usually go to the Standley, but Boulder Brook is a much better place. We recommend it highly.

This was our second stay at Boulder Brook, and both visits were outstanding. Sit on your deck and watch the river, and wildlife. We saw turkeys, a fox, rabbits, and lots of birds. The suites are very clean, and are well equipped with everything you may need. Gotta love the king-size bed. Enjoy the spa tub.The flat screen tv was...

The site location is excellent, the appearance of the grounds and exteriors are very inviting and completely fit the surroundings .. in harmony with...

Clean, comfortable. Good maid service. Not noisy. Coffee and fridge in room was nice. TV screen too small, but who goes to Estes Park to watch TV? Being on the river is a big plus. Good location near Fall River entrance to RMNP.

Just returned home from a wonderful weekend in Estes Park. Despite the harried frenzy of the crowd over the holiday we were able to rest and enjoy our stay at the Boulder Brook. Incredibly clean, well run and helpful staff . The surroundings with the peaceful rush of the river and full moon out our window only enhanced a much needed,...
