Last minute reservation for around $60/night. The first room we checked into smelled like urine and had handprints on the mirror on the wall. They did promptly move us to another room that didn't have the smell. An older property. Hot water temp changes frequently in the shower. Continental breakfast was adequate. Close to shopping district in Estes Park.

This motel was apparently built in the '70s as a more upscale brand, and sold down to a Rodeway. It is large, two stories in two wings, with a large center section that contains the lobby, conference room, a large swimming pool with hot tub, and a breakfast room. I stayed on the first floor in the right-hand wing, which...

Every time we the water would randomly turn very cold or super hot. Also the shower was gross. There was black stuff on parts and just looked like it wasn't cleaned. They gave us the internet password but the internet didn't work. I called the front desk and she said "well, we're booked full so it doesn't really work." Seriously?!...

Bargain motel, older, needs to be up dated. I'd say it was mostly clean, but carpet not so clean. Small stain on my sheet, but felt it was laundered. Good view out room window. Breakfast was pretty good, eggs included. Good budget motel, met our needs.

Cleanliness is so needed in the pool and hot tub.Strong smell of maybe bleach or some sort of cleaners, no air movement so hard to enjoy. Bugs in window wells, bad mattress, springs ?! Breakfast was a bit l less than expected being a Choice hotel. Pretty outdated, carpet, tv, counters, beds clearly hear neighbors. Wouldn't return until upgrades are...

Family of 4, 2 kids age 9 & 10. Location is near the end of "hotel row". Nice size room and were not on top of each other when moving around. Smaller frig (2ft x 2ft) versus the standard small ones found in hotel rooms. Microwave in the room too. Utilized the pool for the kids. This was a factor...

Spent three nights here while exploring the area. It is an older motel but surprisingly kept quite nice. I slept well on the beds. Layout is a bit confusing at first to get from the rooms to the lobby but we got the hang of it easily. Breakfast was light but good.

My wife and I dropped $175 on a room that has not been updated since 1991. The comforter looked like it was purchased from the bargain bin at Goodwill. The TV was 25 years old and the reception flickered. We could easily hear talking from the other rooms. If the room had been priced reasonably, then it wouldn't be worth...

We only needed a one night stay after attending a wedding in EP before heading back home. So I choose a lower cost place, as every hotel had really high rates for the Labor Day Holiday Weekend.
