Amazing location (close to RMNP, not too far a drive to Boulder, about an hour) and there are Elk grazing on the property (a few feet from our window) in the evenings. The staff was nice and helped us with our planning (we had unexpected snow), and the office has a fun selection of games and movies. The cabins aren't...

Our 2-bedroom cabin was very clean and included all of the essentials that we needed during our stay. We experienced an issue with our furnace and our toaster, but these were resolved right away. The place is absolutely beautiful and has abundant wildlife in its vicinity. It is also perfectly located near the downtown and the Rocky Mountain Park entrance....

Thankfully the resort has a very visible sign on the road, b/c it is set back from the road a ways and nestled in the trees. We stayed in cabin 17a and had previously viewed the pictures online. We were VERY pleasantly surprised at how spacious all of the rooms and living areas were. The couches were very comfy and...

A group of 16 of us spent time in cabin #20, I loved the cozy atmosphere of the cabin and we all fit well! Hard to find a place sometimes for such a big group. Very clean and well maintained. Staff members Dan and Jim were so kind and helpful to us all throughout our stay, I felt like I...

First time in Colorado and I enjoyed every minute. Stayed in #25 and had a perfect view. Cabin was nice and roomy for the family. I would definitely recommend Valhalla to anyone who wants to be close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay. I'll be back soon

Beautiful cabins in the forest. Great place to stay with an amazing staff and owner. Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Horseback riding close by. Wild life everywhere. Minutes to down town. Hot tubs, putting green and on site laundry.

We spent 4 nights in #14. Small cabin but clean and well maintained with basic kitchen amenities and propane grill on the porch. We really enjoyed our stay, weather was great. Played some putt putt and ping pong in the game room. My husband had ordered the romance package and there were fresh flowers, champagne, chocolates and a few other...

A group of friends and I (9 total) were looking to go out to Colorado and enjoy some time in the mountains before spending the weekend in Denver. Estes Park seemed like a good proximity to Denver, yet with plenty of things to do right in the mountains. I had searched alot online (Airbnb, hotels, etc) to find the cheapest,...

If you're okay with a 1970's feel and basic accommodations, then Valhalla will appeal to you. The cabins are basic but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean if a bit worn. Our cabin needed the bathroom sink plumbing repaired. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with everything you'll need to cook your meals. There is also...

Thanks for visiting with us. With numerous guests visiting daily, sometimes a plumbing or other issue can arise. I am glad we were able to take care of it for you the day you advised us. We are constantly updating the units so hopefully you will visit again to see some of the newer decorations and bedding.

Want a cabin in a nice quiet location and abounding in wildlife and the pines. This is the place, we rented cabin #11 in September for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park for four days. Great location for the park and the glorious aspens were in peak color making it extra special. This particular cabin is half of a duplex with...
