The cabin we stayed was roomy and nice. You could here to river beside the cabin. Our cabin was cleaned and restock every day. I will return. It did get chilly at nite. They made sure we had wood for our fireplace. Cabin 7!!

Our cabin backed right up to the stream that runs through the property and beautiful mountain views right outside our door. The Lodge is located just 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park in one direction and just 2 miles from downtown Estes Park. Everyone who works in the office is very helpful and friendly. They make sure you have...

This business has been built and operated by the McGregor Family and they maintain the highest standards. The "Lodge" is a series of rooms that runs on level with the main office and lobby, but the cabins are amazing. We have stayed in all but one of the cabins over the years, but the "Riverside" will host 3-4 families and...

We stayed four glorious nights but would have stayed all summer! The staff were so great and friendly. Our cabin was just right and we enjoyed having a fire each night. If you want a rustic, quiet place to stay or even a fun place, Castle Mountain Lodge is it!

Nice cabin right on the river. Wonderful to walk out the back door to the river and see the chipmunks running around. Would come back here in a heart beat. Not the cheapest in the world but the cabin was what you would expect on a river in Colorado!

We have had the pleasure to stay at Castle Mountain Lodge twice and are now looking forward to a 3rd visit this fall. I'm in love with the Great Room. It's attached to the office, but very quiet. Also Fall river runs along side of the property. What a peaceful, beautiful place to stay but yet just down the road...

We stayed in a cabin along the Fall River. It is a perfect place to get up with the sun, brew some fresh coffee and take that first sip next to the Fall River, We stayed in a one bedroom queen which is quite cozy even for the just the two of us. No A/C but don't worry,it cools off...

We rented a summer cottage near the river. Two of us, but room to sleep 4. Very clean, fresh towel, empty trash - daily. There is a small stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans. The laundry uses 4 quarters each to wash then dry. Laundry is always open. There is a library room off the office. Newspapers...

As has been mentioned, this is not a luxurious lodge, fairly basic as far as furniture, bathrooms, and other accommodations. But it is very clean, everything works, and the management is one of the best I have ever encountered. Most of the time when you go to Estes Park you do not spend much time in the room, so we...
