I have stayed at these cabins three times. They are clean, comfortable and stocked with necessary items to cook small to large meals. If you need anything, the hosts are more than willing to get you what you need from the office. Very friendly and full of suggestions on how to get the most out of your trip to Estes....

The pictures on the website are very good, so the cabins look remote, however, it's on the side of a busy road. The pictures of the river out back cut out the 6 houses close by. I also needed to keep the curtain pulled as the picture window (on all units) looked onto the parking lot. That being said, it...

We have stayed here every year for the past 8 years. The owners are SO friendly and we look forward to seeing them every year. The cabins are fantastic - clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked kitchens for whatever you might need. The fishing in Fall River that runs directly next to several of the cabins is great! Our boys...

I can't say enough great things about this place. My boyfriend and I stayed in cabin #7, which was nicely renovated and spacious enough for both of us. The loft bedroom with a king bed was incredible, as was the fireplace in the living room. Their website shows older, outdated furniture for this cabin, but it features a new TV,...

You can tell that they love Blackhawk Resort by just having a look around the property....the cabins are very well maintained, warm and inviting! The grounds are immaculate! The sound of Fall River flowing past these cabins,...

The cabin decor is rustic yet updated and homey. Randy and Teresa are excellent at making sure you are well informed about the area of Estes Park and all the...

We traveled from Texas to Estes Park, CO for a family vacation and Blackhawk Lodge was the best choice we could have made. We stayed an entire week there and enjoyed every minute of it. We were in Cabin #1 which was nice and spacious. I can't say enough about how great the owners were, they went out of their...

We spent 2 nights in Cabin 3 last week. The cabin is retro/rustic with a sleeping loft & a small bedroom. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to fix meals. The living room was very comfortable with a nice fireplace. There is a lovely seating area by the river. It is only 3 miles to RMNP entrance & a...

Spent a week visiting Rocky Mt National Park. Estes Park is a lovely town about 2 miles from the park entrance and Blackhawk Lodge was the perfect place to stay. Cabin is clean, cozy, private, well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and anything else you may need for a cook-out or a home cooked meal. Randy and Theresa are the...
