Avoiding the E-470 toll road around DIA and taking the quickest route (which is not the most scenic route) will take you about an hour and 45 minutes. The quickest routes are usually highway 36 or I-25, 66 and 36. Google Maps will give you directions and travel times plus the option of avoiding tolls. I would give you the Google Maps link but TA does not want links in these answers.
