Arrived early and no problem getting into our room. The front desk staff are helpful although not overly friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem as I saw it was the lack of a real restaurant and/or bar in the lobby. There is a Starbucks and a small bar area where you can get a drink but...

We stayed here due to the proximity of the Dunkin Donuts Center. A quick 3-5 minute walk over. Hotel has parking. Great Brewery/Restaurant right around the corner that we ate at. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Coffee downstairs in the morning was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

Parking is a challenge, the town is cute, small very quaint. Someone described it as up and coming and funky.. i say classic. The hotel itself is functional with nice people staffing and the breakfast offerings were good for fee. I would stay there again and love the walkability. Oh... traffic is a bear, construction everywhere... leave extra time if...

The lobby isn't very posh, and the lack of a complimentary continental breakfast seems a bit pinch-penny, but this hotel offers surprisingly spacious and well-appointed rooms with unexpected design flair and the sort of comfort that isn't always available at half again the price. The staff is cordial and on their toes. Right out the door is the center of...

Nice staff and amenities in the room. The windows could have been cleaned for that whole "city view" we paid extra for. I do wish that hotels would get with the times and have USB for the phones next to the beds.

Stayed here for one night for a business trip. Hotel is in a great downtown location within walking distance to many restaurants and a nice shopping area. Hotel itself is "average" the rooms could use a little updating, my bathroom ceiling had a lot of paint peeling and shower was a little bit dirty. Hotel is noisy, a lot of...

We needed a hotel for my husband's last minute decision to run the Providence RI Marathon last weekend. My search found the perfect property in a perfect location, one block from the Start/ Finish of the event! Our room was a lovely suite on the 7th floor with a sweeping view of downtown! The room had a very comfortable King...

I have stayed in hotels around the world- at airports, in NYC and have never stayed at a hotel where I could not sleep at all. The noise level from the streets below made it feel as though I was sleeping outside. It sounds as though some type of drag racing takes place until 3 am daily. When I brought...

This was our final hotel stay of 4 on a 5 day whirlwind tour of 10 northeast colleges. By far, the nicest of the four and great location. Walkable to Brown. We were on the 6th floor so street noise was not an issue. AC unit very quiet as was our hall. Beds comfortable. Our tub drained slowly but otherwise,...

This is our 2nd favorite place to stay when in Providence. It is located within walking distance to numerous bars/restaurants and the Providence Place Mall. It has all been recently updated. The only downside is that they do not have a regular bar/restaurant in the building, though you can get coffee, etc in the lobby.
