There are a few classes that do not have the extra charge, but are now requiring you to sign up in advance as they're very popular. Cardio-drumming is the BEST workout - it's fun, funny, and a great cardio workout. The others are dance classes - again, just plain old fun. You don't even notice that you're working out. Be sure to sign up for some 'reach' classes - I just did the wall rock climbing and intro to mountain biking. Exhilarating! There are also high ropes courses, walking a tight rope - things that get your heart pounding - all in a controlled and safe environment!
