Our experience was excellent. It was easy to relax for a quiet week. We loved the workout room, spa, pool, and our unit. We had effective communications with management, and a couple issues were quickly and efficiently resolved.

Short visit of Tucson. Apartment very spacious and clean. Checkin and checkout with no complications. Everything went fast and smooth. The apartment should have more kitchen stuff. Overall very good experience

First, I want to say that the person on the number to call was completely nice and, in a way, talked me down from being seriously frustrated .... 1) THIS IS IN NO WAY A HOTEL AND HAS NO AMENITIES !!! 2) This is apartment style accommodations 3) There is no Lobby, no concierge, no valet, no restaurant, no bar,...

Nice, quiet place. Clean and comfortable. We were in town to visit Pima airplane museum and Sonoran Desert Museum. This was a good place to work from and yet make it downtown to eat. Will stay here again when in Tucson.

Clean and spacious. Basic accommodations but perfectly clean, very well maintained apartment with a 5 star view of the Santa Catalina mountains. Two pools, ample parking and a very nice place. We stayed in a 3 bed condo in building 25.

Beautiful view of the Catalina Mountains from the patio. Great condo with lots of room. There is no check-in on site. Everything is done through email or telephone. Just remember to check your e-mail for check-in details. Also remember to check junk mail if there is nothing in your inbox. We would stay here again and recommend to others!

My golfing buddies have taken a golf trip together each year for 29 years and Sonoran Suites was our worst experience ever! Water in the ceiling, running down the walls, soaking the rugs, unresponsive emergency manager, and lame excuse for a replacement apartment. We arrived Saturday evening at 6:00 pm for our 4 night golf package. Upon our casing of...

My husband and I decided to take our 3 boys on an impromptu trip to Arizona and for our trip not being well planned out, it turned out great thanks to Sonoran Suites. I found this place online and was a little skeptical, so I drove over there, checked it out and it was very nice and exactly what we...

Had everything we needed from start to finish , impressed with communication , and organization overall. From rental car, to golf courses and the accommodations ,everything went off without a glitch. I organized the trip for my golfing buddies and had to make a couple adjustments here and there and the folks at Sonoran did it without hesitation. The condo...

Had a family function to attend to in Tucson on Aug. 1st. and since I have 5 kids, needed a big place to stay at. Arrived at our hotel at Pinnacle Heights at 8 p.m. really tired, and walked into a pig sty. No house keeping was done. I called Justin and he finally answered and told him the place...
