We enjoyed the area and beautiful views. They have a great breakfast buffet and a full service starbucks. We enjoyed the view over the pool. Rooms were comfortable. Spa looked great. gym is average.Paid parking self or valet. they are working on improvements. .

I traveled with my husband on a *look-see* for an upcoming convention. The property is off the beaten path, as far as being in the city, but well worth the drive. Since it was too hot to play golf (but will be wonderful in November!), my husband checked out the lazy river and pool area. He really enjoyed both. We...

I want to take a moment to recognize Mercedes, the waitress for my table on the night of the event. Mercedes was extremely helpful, pleasant, and courteous. We could not find the waitress that was assigned to our table so we asked Mercedes if she could point out where we could get coffee for ourselves. She asked where we were...

Nestled in the hills surrounding Tucson is a massive Resort on the hill. Coming up to it, kind of reminded me of the movie The Shining and that Grand resort in the hills within the trees but when you get closer it is a vacation getaway with swimming pools and fountains everywhere, a lazy river with a poolside bar. The...

We traveled from Louisiana and spent 5 wonderful days at this facility with our AZ family. We have nothing but praise for this resort at every level - from check in to check out. It is extremely "kid friendly" which was important to us. Every interaction with your excellent staff was pleasant but I would like to mention someone who...

Cyndi made our evening great by providing complete service. She didn't "bother" us too much but made sure we had everything we needed. The patio is a beautiful setting to enjoy the 5:30 p.m. "tequila toast" and then have appetizers and/or dinner. Wonderful evening!

The sous chef has a short beard, drinking from an open container and eating food at the same time. He cooks in a open kitchen. The head chef sports a full beard about 3 inches below his chin. No nets were on these two young men. It was hard to watch them prepare our meals, especially sitting with our oldest...

I recently worked a conference at this facility for a few days and was blown away on how friendly and courteous the staff was. Mercedes in particular was wonderful on getting us water while at the booth along with cleaning up trash and providing information on where things are located. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely stay...

I stayed at this resort for a week on business, and plan to go back with my family! The accommodations are first class and can't say enough good things about the staff. At the spa, Ruth, Angelica, Maja and Nora rocked. At the front desk Ernesto took good care of us. Jamie and Alyssa from reservations were organized and great...

This resort is truly remarkable in every way. I visited the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa as part of a group putting on a conference. From day one, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service at the resort. Joanna in events was an absolute jem to work with as was Alyssa (events) and Jamie (room...
